THE AVIATORS TRAILER

It's really just "AVIATORS" but my brother added "the" just because haha. This picture is for me as the director since the other following posters are of the cast members. I LOVE IT!

This idea is the experience itself, in this case traumatic, but nontheless the personified experience. Becasue of his power and presence other ideas and feelings are bent around him and his narrow vanateg point; not necessarily correct vantage point but all the same it can be very black and white. Everything originates with him so that is why he is principal.

This Handler idea is what I've used to train my senses and feelings to be more protected after a traumatic experience. Or, any experience really, it's what we use to help us identify things in the future but it's usually after the nature of what we went through, to watch out for it again and not be taken unawares.

His name isn't as classic as the others, his name is more in line with his nature as a character. But the name speaks for itself he's the idea that won't leave you alone and causes every other feeling to coincide with his nature. The idea judges everything against itself.

The Slayer is any internal we have that is subtle or cunning or just delicate in its nature; this is more from our own motivation anyway on how to go about it.

The Point Man represents any instance where our ideas and emotions take on a very passionate and aggressive nature.

Finally The Rebel. He represents an idea that occurs to you that stands out from all the others and doesn't follow one's normal train of thought, that "No I must be crazy!" feeling we all get when we brainstorm.

So that's a brief rundown of the main characters. Two more characters need casting so I'm working on that. The story is basically that, from context provided by an off-screen narrator, the manhunt that these characters embark on dramatizes a real life human relationship that is in serious trouble of dissolving. So the colorful characters metaphorically embody the real life drama explained by the Narrator. I need to cast him too.

So this promo-type video of photo stills lays the emotional and psychological groundwork for the film. I wish I had designed those pictures first so I could put em in the promo but oh well, its all awesome still. So kick back and enjoy, and know for sure, there's a lot more where this came from. All photos taken by me, the song is called Reset by the band MuteMath.

I am so happy to have finally put some stuff together for this cuz I have been talking about it since September and now at the end of the 2010 I got some things really moving. Really proud of my friends and family for supporting me and making this happen and going on this walk of faith with me.

LOVE U GUYZ GOD IS GOOD!

  1. The one person I think I recognize from these shots is Marcus as the Rebel! haha Awesome pics you have here (along with a strong concept of what you want to do and how you plan to execute it). Without a doubt, you're a talented up-and-coming director. One problem, though--the link to the embedded FB video requires a sign in, so I can't view it. :( Can you do anything about that?
