Yes the 3rd movie in the Narnia film series is complete and here's the trailer
I admit I wasn't excited to see the White Witch yet again but someone explained/reminded that there's a passage in the book where the characters face their worst nightmares, so the makers decided to make Edmund's more pronounced, prob now that he's in the leadership role and not his bro, Peter.
Lucy sure is growing up... it's like she and Edmund are clones of their older siblings, but not, its pretty cool them being in the center now.
And now we get to see Eustace and more characters come in but see old ones return like a grown up Caspian, and Reepicheep the warrior mouse.
The Voyage of the Dawn Treader is great because in my opinion, its the most magical of the books in the series, people turning into dragons, cursed treasure, Aslan's country... so as the date draws ever closer I'm gonna be even more amped about this movie.
Finally but on the same subject as the magical quaility of the book, this story brings the reader and the characters more intouch with who Lucy is, Edmund, Eustace, Caspian and the rest. Just as the trailer eludes to a series of tests that th will face, they learn more about themselves and get a better grip on their identities and abilities. I'm hoping they will get a better handle on how to be who they are in England as well as in Narnia, bcuz i think that's what they struggle with in most of the stories. As Edmund said, "I'm a king!" and his older bro, Peter was just as restless in the Prince Caspain movie. They wish to be who they are in every capacity and not boxed in.
I can't wait to see this movie!
That's all folks, peace out!
